Where To Meet Descendants Characters At Disney World

The Descendants franchise has captured the hearts of many Disney fans around the world with its dynamic and entertaining cast of characters. 

However, sadly both Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida does not offer a meet-and-greet experience with any of the characters from the Descendants franchise.

Nevertheless, there are still plenty of opportunities to immerse yourself in the world of Descendants and catch a glimpse of some of your favourite characters during your visit to the most magical place on earth. 

Do Descendants Have A Meet & Greet At Walt Disney World?

Sadly, the Descendants do not have a meet-and-greet experience at Walt Disney World.

However, there’s still a chance to see some selected characters from the films around the resort;

• Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade: During this world-famous parade at the iconic Magic Kingdom theme park you’ll have the chance to see Belle, the Beast and Dragon Maleficent all of whom make multiple cameos in the Descendants films.

• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: While on this fantastic ride in the Magic Kingdom park you’ll be able to see Evie’s mother, the Evil Queen dressed as a wicked witch.

• The Magic Carpets of Aladdin: As you soar high above Agrabah atop a magical carpet look out for Aladdin and Princess Jasmine below, both of whom make cameos in the Descendants films.

• Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort: The dalmatian’s Pongo, Perdita, and their lovable puppies all make cameos in the Descendants films and can be found in a dedicated area within the All-Star Movies resort.

Are The Descendants In A Parade At Walt Disney World?

Regrettably, none of the Descendants characters appear in Walt Disney World Resort’s parades.

Instead, you’ll only be able to see cameo characters that have a larger role within Disney such as Maleficent, Belle, the Beast etc.

However, with Descendants 4 due for release in the summer of 2023, this could change.

Can You Get A Descendants Makeover At Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique?

Sadly, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does not offer Descendants-themed makeovers at this time.

However, selected stores around the Walt Disney World Resort have been known to carry Descendants outfits for you to purchase.

Keep in mind that this is based on availability, therefore if you want to guarantee having a Descendants outfit we recommend buying it on Amazon instead.

Is Descendants Merchandise Available At Walt Disney World?

While the amount of Descendants merchandise available at Walt Disney World has reduced in recent years we expect that an extensive range will return in 2023 to align with the release of the new Descendants 4 film.

The largest store at the Walt Disney World Resort is The World of Disney located in Disney Springs, so if you’ve any chance of finding Descendants products during your trip, it’ll be there!
